WG4 meeting on progress and next steps

This WG4 meeting was convened back-to-back with GM2 and MC3 at Museo La Specola, Florence, Italy. The meeting: (a) consolidated work of the three WG4 STSMs in Grant Period 2: review of ringing effort across Europe; review of constraints to sample and contextual data collection; review of best practice protocols; (b) consolidated work on development of the European Raptor Sampling Programme (ERSamP) and a first draft of this framework; (c) considered next steps in the work of WG4, centred around increasing engagement and training of audiences (actors) in raptor sample collection and plan this work; and (d) planned STSM missions to be announced early in Grant Period 3.
